This time the workshop covered two main topics: The workshop was focused on classical delivery contracts and framework agreements. During this part of the meeting different types of framework agreements, their advantages / disadvantages, as well as the tender procedures required for conclusion of the particular type of contract or agreement were considered. The second issue of the meeting was the qualification requirements for the candidates, their purpose and the methods to support the competition.
