Section 9 – Long Term Agreement
Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than 17:00, 12 February 2016. The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Proposal. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.
Pre-bid conference will be held on 18 February 2016, at 11:00, UN House Conference hall (first floor)
Deadline for submission of proposals is 04 March, 2016 Friday, at 17:00
