To achieve time
and cost efficiency while ensuring outstanding quality of service, UNDP wishes
to enter into a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for one year with the most competent
Transportation and Distribution Service Company that will provide good quality
transportation and distribution service for its staff and guests.
LTA for one year will be concluded with the Company which will provide
requested Transportation and Distribution Service in Tbilisi and outside
Tbilisi (all regions of Georgia).
We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Transportation and Distribution Service,
as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be
guided by the form attached hereto as Annex
1.
Stamped and signed quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes on
or before 29 May 2017, 18:00 via ☒courier mail to the address below:

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will
reach the address above on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by UNDP after
