RMG Announces a tender for the completion of mining works
Please see the detailed description of the works in the attached documents.** Tariffs for services remain unchanged for the entire period of the Agreement.** The Contractor, in the case of a traffic accident by his fault, has full financial and financial responsibility in the recovery of damaged equipment in an accident.** Provision of the Contractor with volumes for mountain mass or transportation on conditions of necessity for the current period, day, shift** Declared and necessary quantity of equipment to the Customer must be unchanged during the working shift.** Volumes of works in the attached document is not a company`s obligation before the performer.** Data can be corrected on the 3rd (Sakdrisi # 5), 5th (Sakdrisi crushers) and 6th (techniques for various works) lots, on the basis of the quantity of equipment owned by "RMG".The bidders should submit their tender proposal, where it should be presented: ** The lump sum for processing and transportation of 1 ton mining, where the tariffs of mining works are indicated separately for 1 ton mining and for the shipment.** The proposal should include a minimum period of 2 months consignment. The winner will be revealed based on tariffs and settlement terms (consignation period).** Volume of works to be done according to the plan presented in the appendix.** Information about the equipment owned by the bidder for the purpose of mining works; At least 70% of the presented equipment should be in the ownership of the tender participating company or its founders, on which the document confirming ownership should be provided.** Detailed information including, but not limited to: entity`s legal address, as well as physical, factual, electronic addresses, telephones, bank requisites etc.;** Information about the experience of the bidder in this field;** The tender proposal submitted by the bidder must be signed and/or sealed on or behalf the duly authorized person(s).Conditions for submitting tender proposal:The tender proposal should be submitted in the sealed envelope, for the attention of Lile Pirveli, Secretary of the Tender Commission, to the following address: Georgia, Tbilisi, M.
