We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Adaptation/refurbishment of the LAS Consultation Centers as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.  When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. 

Signed and stamped proposals in sealed envelopes may be submitted on or before Thursday, 6 March 2018 at 4:00 PM and via courier mail to the address below:

Your Proposal must be expressed in English and valid for a minimum period of 90 days

In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline.  Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. 

Note: Site visit is not envisaged, but bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site(s) on their own expenses. Project staff can be contacted for granting access to the site.
