Your Proposal must be expressed
in English, and valid for
a minimum period of 90 days
The
Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal envelopes MUST BE COMPLETELY
SEPARATE and each of them must be submitted sealed individually and clearly
marked on the outside as either “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” or “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL”,
as appropriate. Each envelope SHALL
clearly indicate the name of the Bidder. The
outer envelopes shall:
Bear the name and address of the
bidder;
Be addressed to UNDP as specified above
Bear a warning that states “Not to be opened before the time and date
for proposal opening”
If the envelopes and packages with the
Proposal are not sealed and marked as required, UNDP shall assume no
responsibility for the misplacement, loss, or premature opening of the
Proposal.
