We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Renovation works in UN House, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

The Pre-Bid conference and site visit will be conducted on Monday, 13 April 2020 – starting from 11:00 (GMT +4) Tbilisi, Georgia time.
Due to the COVID19 regulations interested companies need to be registered and send their participation requests the email nino.chichinadze@undp.org (subject Tender on UN house renovation) Before 6 PM on 12 April 2020.
Each company will receive exact time of the site visit.
Due to the above-mentioned regulations only one person - representative from the company can participate in the site visit.
All Bidders are strongly recommended to attend.
Minutes of Bidding conference will be disseminated on the procurement website www.ge.undp.org. No verbal statement during the conference shall modify terms and conditions of the RFQ, unless specifically in the minutes of the bidder’s conference or issued/posted as an amendment of RFQ.
It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
