We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for SUPPORT THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE, CULTURE AND SPORT OF GEORGIA TO DEVELOP ENTREPRENEURIAL VET COLLEGES IN GEORGIA.
Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal.
Proposals may be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before 16:00 Friday, August 07, 2020 via courier mail to address below:

Your Proposal must be expressed in English and valid for a minimum period of 90 days.
The Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal envelopes MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATE, each of them must be submitted individually sealed and clearly marked on the outside as either “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” or “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL”, as appropriate. Each envelope SHALL clearly indicate the name of the Bidder. The outer envelopes shall:
Bear the name and address of the bidder;
Be addressed to UNDP;
If the envelopes and packages with the Proposal are not sealed and marked as required, UNDP shall assume no responsibility for the misplacement, loss, or premature opening of the Proposal.
Pre-bid conference will be held online on Tuesday 28 July 2020 at 13:00 via Zoom. All interested candidates must confirm their participation by email to Lika Alavidze (lika.alavidze@undp.org) in order to receive the link of the online conference.
