We kindly request you to submit your quotation for purchase of IT equipment - Laptops and Scanners for the municipalities of Georgia. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 1 and Annex 2 of this RFQ. The vendor can submit the completed RFQ and quotation for both LOT 1 and LOT 2 or for only either of the LOT 1 or LOT 2. Evaluations will be done separately for the two Lots
Signed and stamped quotations in sealed and stamped envelopes (with reference to the tender – “purchase of IT equipment - Laptops and Scanners for the municipalities of Georgia”) may be submitted on or before 04:00 p.m. September 17, 2020 via ☒ courier mail, to the address below:

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
