To Whom It May Concern,
The EU4Georgia 4 Project is looking for Service Providers to provide quantitative and qualitative research services on public attitudes towards the EU and awareness of EU-funded interventions and their impact.
The maximum number of Service Providers with which the EU4Georgia 4 Project intends to conclude the Multiple Framework Contracts for Services is 3.
Duration: September 2022 – May 2026
Objective of the call:
The overall objectives of the services are to:
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the key target groups of EU-funded programmes including their perception, opinions of/attitudes towards EU, their experiences with EU assistance programmes, specific information needs and potential narratives/messages for EU communication activities in Georgia to be communicated at a larger scale
• Measure the impact of the communication activities carried out under EU4Georgia 4. This is to be achieved through quantitative and qualitative research including polling surveys and focus groups/in-depth interviews.
The qualitative research (focus groups and in-depth interviews) will aim to help the EU4Georgia 4 Project to understand target audiences’ perceptions, opinions, or experiences in relation to the communication of the EU assistance to Georgia in order to better customize communication efforts.
Conditions for qualification:
• At least 5 years’ experience in the design and implementation of evaluations, assessments or baseline surveys including qualitative and quantitative data collection
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of research methodologies and processes
• Experience in the development of Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks
• Experience in gathering and systematizing large amounts of data
• Previous work experience in the field of the project will be considered as an advantage
