UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the provision of rehabilitation work of the clinics as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.

Deadline for submission of quotations is 4 October, 15:00 (local time)

NOTE:

Rehabilitation works of the clinics will be implemented in two lots:

LOT 1- Rehabilitation of Mejvriskhevi clinic in Shida Kartli region

LOT 2- Rehabilitation of Orsantia and Rike clinics in Samegrelo region

The bidders are allowed for partial bidding. The quotations may be submitted per each lot separately or for all lots.

A pre-proposal conference for the interested bidders will be held via Zoom on the following date:

Two site visits will be organized on the following days:

Site visit 1: Mejvriskhevi, Shida Kartli region

Location: Mejvriskhevi, clinic in village center, Gori Municilapity

Site visit 2: Orsantia and Rike, Samegrelo region

Date: September 27, 2022

Time in Orsantia: 12:00

Location: Orsantia village clinic, Zugdidi Municipality

Time in Rike: 14:00

Location: Rike village clinic, Zugdidi Municipality

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form and Annex 3 Technical and Financial Offer, by the method and by the date and time indicated in Section 2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
