To Whom It May Concern,

The EU4Georgia 4 Project is looking for Service Providers (group of individuals / companies / consortiums) to provide branding/design and video production services for a 3-years long public awareness campaign and other communication activities under the project.

The maximum number of Service Providers with which the EU4Georgia 4 Project intends to conclude the Multiple Framework Contracts for Services is 5 (provided there are at least this number of qualified candidates).

Duration: February 2023 – May 2026

Objective of the call:
Provision of high-quality branding/design and video production services aiming to promote EU and its activities for relevant communication activities to be held within and by EU4Georgia 4 Project.

Conditions for qualification:
   •  Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in branding and design development and production of creative videos and graphical animated clips for  the public awareness     raising campaigns
   •  Demonstrated experience and competency in provision of design and branding of printed and digital communication materials (with consideration of EU Visibility guidelines)
   •  Proven ability of creative working
   •  Demonstrated experience and competency in development of videos and graphical animated clips
   •  Must have technical equipment needed to ensure high quality production
   •  More than 3 years of experience in cooperation with international organizations, companies, NGOs, donor funded, EU funded projects would be considered as an advantage
   •  Must have a minimum of 3 years proven experience in development of creative concepts, filming and postproduction of clips
   •  Experience in conducting work in a culturally sensitive and ethical manner
   •  Ability to operate under strict time limits and apply high production and technical standards for the purpose of maintaining high level of professionalism.

The services that will be requested:
   •  Provision of branding services for public awareness campaign and other communication activities under the project, including development of creative concepts, brand books (with unique color scheme, typography, tone of voice, image and video style references) covering printed and social media and designs related to the specific activities (including billboards, banners and set-up for events, printed and digital materials, etc.) 
   •  Provision of creative concepts for and further production of informational videos and/or graphical animated clips as well as infographic/informational videos with mix of video footage and animated graphics
