RFP-Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation and the Development of a Low-emissions and Climate-resilient Economy in line with the Paris Agreement.

The main goal of the assignment is to design Lt-LEDs implementation roadmap and conduct capacity-building trainings to address gaps and needs of its implementation.

Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on 1 September at 1:00 PM (local time) through Zoom platform (Please use the following link to attend the meeting):

 All Bidders are encouraged to attend. Non-attendance, however, shall not result in disqualification of an interested Bidder. Minutes of the Bidder’s conference will be disseminated in the system. No verbal statement made during the conference shall modify the terms and conditions of the RFP, unless specifically incorporated in the Minutes of the Bidder’s Conference or issued/posted as an amendment to RFP.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
