Introduction

UNDP kindly requests your Proposal for the provision of services Greening harmful agricultural subsidies (Measuring and addressing potential adverse impacts on biodiversity from agricultural subsidies Phase 2).

This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP Quantum. If you are interested in submitting a bid for this tender, you must subscribe following the instructions in the user guide. All Bidders are encouraged to attend. Non-attendance, however, shall not result in disqualification of an interested Bidder. Minutes of the Bidder’s conference will be disseminated in the system. No verbal statement made during the conference shall modify the terms and conditions of the RFP, unless specifically incorporated in the Minutes of the Bidder’s Conference or issued/posted as an amendment to RFP.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
