Uploading Minutes of Pre-bid Conference Meeting

Introduction

Through this tender, Long Term Agreement (LTA) will be initiated with selected bidder. Initial LTA will be for 1 year, with possibility of extension for 2 additional years, based on successful performance of the bidder.

Pre-bid conference will be conducted:

The pre-bid conference is highly recommended. Minutes of the pre-bid conference will be disseminated directly in the system, posted on UNDP, UNGM and etenders.ge web pages as well as disseminated among pre-bid participants.

Quotations must be submitted directly in Quantum supplier portal following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal.

Follow the instructions in the user guide to search for the tender using Negotiation ID in this document.
