United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid for Small size rehabilitation works related to Phyto-melioration measures, Cleaning and adjustment of the riverbed, construction of flood protection measures, road renovation and other similar scale works (West Georgia, 15 Municipalities) in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

ITB is announced in two lots:

Lot N1: Provision of Small-Scale Civil Works in Samegrelo-zemo Svaneti Region

Lot N2: Provision of Small-Scale Civil Works in Adjara, Imereti and Racha-Lechkhumi-kvemo Svaneti Regions

Bidders shall notify the procurement unit (at Email: procurement.geo@undp.org ) by COB, 10 September 2025 in advance as to whether or not they intend to participate in the site inspection and the details of their representatives who will attend.

Note: transportation and organization issue: Bidders shall be met by project staff at the location, but the transportation shall be provided on their own expense

The site inspection is:
