Ladies and Gentlemen,

On behalf of the Federal Government of Germany, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is active in the development of German-Georgian cooperation.

We intend to award a contract to a locally registered company for the following services:

Activating a elevator safety campaign through media, web and online.

Please see the attached Terms of Reference (Annex 1) for detailed information.

Should you be interested in implementing the tasks according the Terms of Reference (Annex 1), we request you to submit a bid via email to arrive at the GIZ no later than 25.01.2026 23:59 o’clock. Please address your bid exclusively to the following E-mail: ge_quotation@giz.de

The offer shall be submitted in English. Offers submitted after the submission deadline will not be considered. Bids must be submitted in GEL (national currency), bids in other currencies will not be accepted.

For how long will we have to maintain the webpage, and for what period will the domain and hosting costs have to be covered? Should all graphic design outputs be digital only, with no print materials to be produced under this assignment? Approximately how many distinct design assets are expected to be developed (approximate number)?
