LLC “Ori Nabiji” announces a tender with prequalification for the procurement of services related to the development of a brand name (Naming), visual identity, and Brandbook.

The tender will be conducted in two stages:

Stage I: Prequalification

At the first stage, a prequalification (preliminary selection) process will be conducted. Bidders must submit information regarding their company’s experience and capabilities through the application form. Completion of all fields in the application form is mandatory.

The completed tender application form must be signed by an authorized representative of the bidder.

Stage II: Closed Competition

Companies selected as a result of Stage I (Prequalification) will be invited to participate in the second, closed stage of the tender.

The purpose of the second stage is to evaluate the bidder’s creative and strategic vision in relation to a specific assignment (brief). (Execution of an NDA is mandatory prior to receiving the brief.)

At this stage, an electronic auction will also be conducted and the winner will be determined.

Second Stage Compensation Participation in the second stage will be conducted as a non-paid creative pitch, and no rejection fee is planned. The objective of this stage is to evaluate the agency’s strategic thinking, conceptual direction, and proposed approach rather than fully developed design executions. 3. Number of Agencies We expect approximately 8–10 agencies to participate in the prequalification stage, after which we will identify shortlisted agencies for the second stage. The participants will include a mix of local and international agencies. 4. Project Timeline Following the selection of the winning agency, the expected timeline for completing the full scope of work is approximately 2 weeks, depending on the final agreed scope and project phases.
