B) Tender Description: Selling of Spent grain

In the attached files you can find:

I. Tender application form.

Interested companies should present the following:

I. Filled, Signed and Stamped Application (Tender) Form.

II. Abstract from Public Registry.

III. State permit for waste removal-utilization.

Tender Conditions:

I. Spent grain annual quantity is almost 7000 tons.

II. Kieselgur - 100 Tons.

III. Yeast - 150 Tons.

IV. Selling period 01.01.2026-31.12.2026.

V. Prices should include any possible taxes (VAT etc.).

VI. Requested product should be delivered from territory of JSC Lomisi (Mtskheta region, village Natakhtari).

VII. Buyers must have special State permits for waste removal utilization.

VIII. Payment should be made in advance before taking the goods.

IX. JSC Lomisi is not obliged to necessarily sign agreement with any tender participant.

Receipt of proposals starts at: 04.11.2025

Receipt of proposals ends at: 18.11.2025

Status of the proposal will be sent to e-mail written in the Application form.
